P = period. Health and ICT: 4-month trimesters. ICM: 3-month terms. Middle amounts apply to each labelled period. Totals always include every fee item, even when searching.
Unlock editing, then select any amount to edit its exact period schedule. Switch to Tier-aligned proposal to see classified tier items applied to every member course. Shared edits update all courses within that tier.
Bridging & short-course packages
Package pricing stays outside the five period-based tiers.
Planning notes & source exceptions
Source compiled 2 November 2026. ICT Diploma original total is corrected to Ksh 147,500, including graduation. Care Giver II retains the repeated medical examination pending confirmation. Course totals exclude meals, boarding, external exam-body charges and the separately stated Ksh 12,500 health-course attachment charge.
02 / Proposed pricing
Five tiers. A simpler structure.
Classify and edit every fee item within the five tiers. Item totals, base rates and course comparisons stay aligned across both pages.
Proposed tariffs for planning only. Check delivery costs and approve the full-course impact before adoption. External examination and professional-body charges need separate confirmation.
Build the tariff
Admission = base + admission adjustment · Middle = base · Final = base + completion adjustment
5 editable tier bases
The base equals the sum of Middle fee items. Changing a tariff above changes the visible pricing adjustment below; editing a fee item updates the tariff. No charges are silently added to tuition.
Allocate every fee item to the tier
11 fee classifications + a visible pricing adjustment · Admission / Middle / Final
All 20 source fee items are available in every tier. Start unused items at zero. Scheduled vaccines, practical training, clothing and professional charges must be reviewed for each tier before approval.

Whole-course impact uses the actual number of periods for each course.
For a two-period course: total = admission + final. Otherwise: admission + (number of middle periods × base) + final. ICM periods are shorter; these are payments per period, not monthly equivalents.
